AI-Enabled Communications & Transparency
We use AI-enabled systems (e.g., chatbots, voice agents, automated responders) for administrative purposes such as providing general information, booking, reminders and feedback requests. Wherever you interact with these systems, we will clearly indicate that you are communicating with an automated tool. These systems do not provide medical advice or make clinical decisions. You may request to communicate with a human at any time, and we will accommodate your request promptly. We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects without meaningful human involvement and appropriate safeguards.

Outbound AI-assisted calls or messages will only be made where you have provided prior consent in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and you will always be able to opt out or request a human follow-up.
