Additionally we can offer help and advice on sports injuries, over-use injuries and work-related discomfort.

We have re-introduced our popular Over-60s classes to help with mobility, flexibility, strenghtening, balance and co-ordination.

We have recently introduced a specialist Womens’ Health Physiotherapy Service to help with pregnancy related pain, post-delivery assessment, advice and strengthening, problems with continence and menopausal and hormonal issues.

Additionally we offer a one-off Masterclass in Spinal Pain to inform, reassure and educate on all matters relating to neck and back chronic pain issues.
